This is why I would recommend you change the “she”s to “it”s, so that we can correctly understand this beautiful beyond words song.
Also, it's not 'þegar allt sýnist stillt' but it's actually 'Veröld sýnist stillt'.

The official website for the upcoming anime Terror in Resonance is now hosting several preview tracks of Yoko Kanno's (Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop, Kids on the Slope) original soundtrackhere. Icelandic artist Ingibjörg Birgisdóttir is in charge of the soundtrack design.
The soundtrack will ship on July 9 for 3,000 yen (US$29). Several retailers, including Aniplex+, Animate, Gamers!, Tower Record, HMV, Tsutaya, and Sony Music Shop, will offer a Terror in Resonance shopper bag as a gift with purchase.
